One GOLD STAR with reduced property tax edging for Underblog, who, in a fit of proactivity, paid a visit to the property taxers and demanded to know why our taxes have gone up unreasonably compared to other neighboring properties. As a result we will probably be paying lower taxes in the future. Thanks, Underblog!
