Roadrunner Not Chasing
Selkye gets a GOLD STAR for resisting the temptation to chase a roadrunner at the ranchito. She was very curious, but obeyed her command to stay and just observe like the rest of us. Brava cane!

the picking up and unloading of the Nunu
Underblog gets a GOLD STAR for renting a U-Haul truck, picking up the gigantic Nunu, driving it home, and unloading it piece by piece all by hisself. Without the aid of a crew of burly men. Woof!

bike patch
I know I lumped the bike tire patch purchase in with the rest of the shopping. This, in hindsight, underplays the value of bike tire patch purchasing. One more shiny GOLD STAR to Underblog for buying me a tire patch kit.

In a fit of gold starredness, Underblog did a major CostCo run, picked up a tire patch kit for my bike, and bought a replacement filter for the fridge water. GOLD STAR, dude!
