Water Manager
Mr. Blog is awarded a GOLD STAR for irrigating yesterday: opening that very tough (it needs to be oiled) ditch gate and closing it too. Also for dumping water on the roses in the back. That was my job and I forgot to do it. :( Thanks, Water Manager!

Vehicle Maintenance
Sherm is awarded this GOLD STAR with oil filters for (a) taking Biscuits and Gravy for her oil change and (b) taking her to the car wash for a total once-over. Biscuits looks great and is good for another 100,000 miles!

Preternaturally Productive
Mr. Blog spent the weekend taking care of stuff. First, he went to Home Depot to get the necessary tools and equipment. Then he put together the soil aerating device, aerated the soil, bolted the top cross-piece to the posts of the courtyard entry gate, bolted the Nutglade sign to the Tuff Shed, vacuumed, and .... am I leaving anything out? For all this and a jolly rogering besides he gets a GOLD STAR. He should be getting seven gold stars I suppose, but I'm too lazy to write seven entries. Which is why I don't get a gold star.
