The Cooper's Hawk appeared once more as we were preparing dinner. He perched on the metal frame of the swinging bench at the House Next Door. He let us get a good look at him in profile, but he disappeared by the time the camera was ready to capture him. I think this hawk thinks that the sparrows we entice with the bird feeder are pretty tasty.
